From my initial enquiry through to the final result my experience with Jack was outstanding! I took my car to him explaining that there was inset dog hair in the boot area that I hadn’t been able to remove & he looked at it & said he’d probably be able to make it at least 80% cleaner. I thought that would be good however when I picked the car up the work he had done was 110% better!! It looked brand new!! The other detailing he did throughout the car was spectacular. Seeing is believing but I could barely believe my eyes when I picked up my car today after a full detail from JETWASH. Jack was friendly and professional from the first phone call and his communication and customer service was first class all the way through. The workshop in Coolum industrial estate is spotless which gave a hopeful first impression. I did not expect to see the many deep mould, mud and other stains removed from the seats, roof lining and carpet of a relatively new city car used as a dusty farm vehicle for nearly two years. Somehow Jack worked his magic and fingers to the bone to transform a dirty, neglected runabout back to a gleaming car fit for a showroom floor. Unbelievable. Absolutely spotless from the engine bay to the boot, the tyres to the interior roof lining, the door jambs to the dashboard. Jack definitely went above and beyond the brief. Wow!!! I had been unsure about spending money on a detail after already forking out for mechanical repairs but Jack's experience and expertise has added literally thousands of dollars in value to my car overnight.
